closeness to attractions, nice pool area, spacious rooms

Room cleanliness was lacking!!! Stains on sheets, malfunctioning AC, and a bathtub that looked like it hadn't been sanitized in ages!!! The check-in process took forever and was frustrating!!!

The bed was incredibly comfy, and I loved the strong shower pressure. Just wish the AC was a bit quieter! I'd definitely come back.

However, the experience was soured by the need for cash-only for soda machines and limited amenities. The breakfast selection was decent, but could be improved. It's a decent spot for the price, yet there's room for enhancement in its facilities.

the surestay hotel by best western was in a great location. it was close to several attractions and good restaurants, all within walking distance. my room was large, and the bed, although a bit high for me, had a super thick mattress. i really appreciated the blackout curtains that kept all the light out.

I loved how clean and comfortable my room was. It was just a short walk to both Sarasota Jungle Gardens and the stunning Mable Ringling Rose Garden, making my city strolls easy and delightful.

A Hidden Gem with Comfort

Waking up in a clean, spacious room was a delight, and the front desk staff greeted us with smiles each time we passed by.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. the bed was super comfy and the pool was sparkling clean. It was great to relax by the sun loungers after a nice breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries. The only downside was the coffee machine wasn't cleaned from the last guest, but it didn't ruin my visit. 😊
